And I think that it's the best jambalaya I've ever had! In the past the only kind I've ever seen in restaurants or made at home is the red kind. But cajun style brown is my new favorite. The only thing I changed when I made it was adding just about a tablespoon and a half of dark roux right before I added the broth to give it a little bit more color.
