Here's a nice little article on Chef Donald Link in New Orleans. The article is from Delta's Sky Magazine by Chef Andrew Zimmern of Bizarre Foods. I scanned it, I hope you can read it OK. Link is one of my favorites, met him last month. He is probably the fastest rising chef in New Orleans. He, along with Chef Stephen Stryjewski, owns Cochon and Butcher, he also owns Herbsaint Restaurant, and Calcasieu Private Dining Room. He is a man of pork, a swinetologist.
